Fully Assembled
Assembled and fully finished pizza oven that is ready to go. Just set the oven in place, connect the chimney (and if needed gas and electricity) and light the fire. We offer four different commercial oven models in six different sizes. All models are available as wood fired pizza oven or gas / wood combination oven.
Knocked Down
A Knock Down oven is delivered in pieces for the ability to navigate through narrow doorways and assemble on site. It costs slightly less but requires about 2 days of installation time. Only available for the Professionale pizza oven and Modena pizza oven.
Kits
Modular pizza oven kits are ideal for restaurants and mobile caterers that have access to a good installer and are on a limited budget. Achieve a highly custom look with kits that include all the core components, however it does not include a stand or hearth which would need to be built on site. Only available for the Professionale pizza oven and Modena pizza oven.
Food Trucks and Pizza Trailers
The Professionale TE commercial pizza oven kit is our most popular mobile pizza oven option. It is Available in two sizes, 44″ and 48″ internal cooking surfaces. Its’ stainless steel throat and integral vent design is several hundred pounds lighter than the traditional brick and mortar making it ideal for trailers looking to reduce weight without sacrificing performance.
